Jacquie Church Young
Director of Leadership Now

M.Div., Lancaster Theological Seminary, 2001
Ordained in the United Church of Christ
Rev. Jacquie Church Young is a 2001 graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree, was the 2000 recipient of the Beatrice McConnell award and 2008 recipient of the Moss award. For three years she served at Church of the Apostles UCC as their youth pastor.
Jacquie currently serves as the Director of "Leadership Now: Spiritual Formation with Youth" at Lancaster Theological Seminary. She also is also a member of the faculty in the areas of youth ministry and practical theology.
When not working, her hobbies include everything from reading and knitting, to tandem biking and throwing pottery. She resides in Lancaster with her husband Scott, their young son Isaac, and baby daughter, Max.

Megan Malick
Assistant Director to Leadership Now

BSE in English Education, Millersville University, 1999
M. Div, Lancaster Theological Seminary 2009
A 2009 MDiv graduate from Lancaster Theological Seminary, Megan Malick was the student intern to Leadership Now in 2008/9 and has a background of teaching. Prior to seminary Megan taught seventh and eighth grade English.
Megan currently serves as the Assistant Director to "Leadership Now: Spiritual Formation with Youth" and oversee Confirmation Days, Youth Events, and the Summer Global Experience. Working with Leadership Now allows Megan to pursue her passions of youth and young adult ministries as well as her passion for local and global issues.
When Megan isn't working, she enjoys walking around town, sipping coffee at local coffee shops, and starting just about any kind of art project.

Zoe Jeffery
Administrative Assistant to Leadership Now
Zoe Jeffery is a third year Seminarian at Lancaster Theological Seminary, and is the administrative assistant to the Leadership Now office.
Prior to working for Leadership Now, Zoe worked as a legal assistant in a Law Firm.
Zoe believes the Leadership Now program is an incredible experience for young people to go through, and enjoys the opportunity to be part of a team of people who share her beliefs concerning local and global justice ministries and helping young people get a clearer focus on their faith.
If Zoe ever has any free time, she enjoys watching the Phillies and the Eagles (on TV! Tickets are SO expensive!), playing the guitar, watching movies and hanging out with friends!
