Spring Youth Event
Leadership Now’s Spring Youth Event is a day of fellowship, faith formation, and fun for young people, pastors, youth pastors, and lay leaders. Started in May of 2000, this event invites participants to explore different spiritual practices through participating in two workshops of their choice. In addition to workshops, the spring youth event allows young people and pastors to meet and share stories over lunch and games on the front lawn. The Spring Youth Event is a great way to introduce your young people to Leadership Now and Lancaster Theological Seminary. Fall Youth Event
Leadership Now’s Fall Youth Event grew out a desire of program participants to share their growth with other young people. Empowering youth to lead today and connecting our faith with the world and current issues, the Fall Youth Event provides the opportunity for youth to teach other youth. Specifically, students who traveled on the Summer Global Experience share their knowledge and perspective on current global issues such as poverty, globalization, and migration by leading workshops about how and why these justice issues relate to our faith practice. This event is a great way to see how young people are leaders in the church and society today. .
